Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with New Step Clean, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are provided based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Prices may be subject to change if the condition, size, or requirements of the property differ from what was originally discussed. Any additional work requested on the day may incur extra charges.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties. Payment terms will be outlined prior to the service being carried out. Full payment is required within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Access to Property
The client must ensure safe and suitable access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained, a call-out fee may be charged.
5. Health & Safety
Our team reserves the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is deemed unsafe or if there are risks to health and safety, including hazardous materials, infestations, or aggressive pets.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
7. Liability
While we take every care when providing our services, New Step Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, faulty fixtures, or items not secured properly. Any claims for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Changes to Terms
New Step Clean reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
